How/when do I RSVP
You can RSVP on this website now—click the RSVP link. Please submit your acceptance or regrets by September 25, 2026; we cannot accept RSVPs after that date.
When should I get there?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM (MST). Guests may arrive at the venue starting at 3:00 PM; we recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time to park and be seated before the ceremony.
Can I park at the venue?
Yes — both the ceremony and reception venue offer ample free on-site parking for guests. Please follow posted signs and attendants’ directions; if you need accessible parking or have special requirements, contact us in advance and we’ll help make arrangements.
What colors should I avoid wearing?
Please avoid wearing white, ivory or shades that closely match a white wedding dress.
What shoes should I wear?
We recommend following the dress code for the ceremony and cocktail hour; but for the reception, please plan to be comfortable and bring shoes/slippers suitable for dancing.
Can I take pictures?
We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture the ceremony; please allow them to work without obstruction. We kindly request that you turn off or silence all electronic devices and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so you can be present and not impede our photographers/videographers. After the ceremony and once the wedding party has exited, you are welcome to use your devices and take photos/videos.
What will the weather be like?
Colorado in late October typically sees daytime highs in the low 60s°F and overnight lows around the mid-30s°F. Expect generally sunny, dry conditions but the possibility of an early snowstorm; please dress in layers and bring a warm coat for the evening.
Will alcohol be served?
We will have an open bar for five hours offering standard spirits (vodka, rum, gin, tequila) with basic mixers, plus beer and wine. Water, soft drinks, and coffee will also be available. The Bride and Groom have signature drinks that are available as well; Jamisen has selected a French 75 and Christopher a Margarita.
Most importantly, when will we eat?
Cocktail hour begins at 4:30 PM with hors d'oeuvres and drinks; reception dinner service will begin at 5:45 PM.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have a limited guest count and cannot accommodate plus-ones for everyone. If you have been approved for a guest, a "Plus One" option will appear on your RSVP profile. If you believe someone important was mistakenly excluded, please contact us and we will review your request, although space constraints may prevent changes.
Who do I call in case I get lost the day of the wedding?
You can call the brides dad James at 720.320.6200 or the grooms mom Donna at 303.981.2046 but your best bet may be to use Apple/Google Maps on your phone.
